Mohit Gupta is a Director in Axia Consulting Private Limited. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and alumni of Deloitte, Protiviti, Genpact and Baker Tilly. He has approximately twelve years of postqualification experience in various Internal Audit (IA) , Statutory Audit, IFC/ICFR Risk reviews, Business Process reviews engagements covering detailed process reviews across industries.

• Engagement management experience including supervising staff, billing, recovery, WIP management;
• Reviewing and writing management/board reports issued to clients including discussing the same with various levels of the client’s management and presenting with the partner at various board meetings and audit committee meetings;
• Arranging and attending meetings with clients including audit planning, audit close meetings and making presentations to management during audit close meetings on issues identified.

He has approximately twelve years of post-qualification experience in various Internal Audit, Financial reporting, SOP, CAPEX Management, FAR solution, IFC/ICFR Risk reviews, Business Process review engagements covering detailed process reviews across industries.

• Engagement management experience including stakeholder management, report reviews, resource management, billing, recovery etc.;
• Review and analyze business processes to identify potential gaps, proposing cost-effective solutions using customized automated tools that add significant value to the client;
• Fostering and maintaining relationships with prospective clients by discussing and recommending automated solutions that deliver significant value to their business.
